About Us

Larry and Heidi Mongeau have been teaching West Coast Swing since 2000. Their goal in teaching is to provide a fun, relaxed atmosphere for people to learn how to dance, meet new people, and socialize with friends.

Larry started dancing in 1993 with country two-step and was quickly introduced to West Coast Swing. Heidi started dancing at a young age taking tap and ballet lessons. She moved to country dancing in 1990 and was introduced to West Coast Swing in 1997. Heidi is the dance coach at the Georgetown Middle High School, where she works with students in grades 6-12 choreographing and teaching dance for performance. She also runs a dance camp for children ages 6-14 in the summer.

Heidi and Larry trained under Mario Robeau's intensives in 2003 and 2004. They have been teaching and competing at national events including Summer Hummer, Swing Niagra, Swingin' New England, and New Years Extravaganza just to name a few!

They currently teach weekly classes at the Village Green in Danvers on Wednesday nights.
